Estimates and Results
Important: Some of our Apps provide estimates, calculations, or suggestions based on user inputs. These are intended as guides only.
- Actual results may vary based on real-world conditions and other factors
- Always verify results independently before making decisions
- Consult a professional where appropriate
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on App outputs
Privacy
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., "Pro" upgrades). These purchases are:
- Processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Subject to the respective store's terms and conditions
- Non-transferable between platforms
Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the respective app store:

Consent to Share Data with Apple
If you use our Apps on Apple devices and request a refund, you consent to Apple sharing your usage data with us to help process refund requests and prevent abuse.
Advertisements
Free versions of our Apps may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. These ads are subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective ad networks.
Intellectual Property
The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Hey Presto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Presto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Decisions made based on App outputs
- Any other damages arising from use of our Apps
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
